7. Cancellation Policy
The user may cancel contracted services at any time by notifying in writing to contacto@jundomx.com at least 5 business days in advance. In the case of prepaid services, a proportional refund will be made for the unused service, less applicable administrative fees.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For the resolution of any dispute arising from these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
9. Modifications
Jundomx reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on this website. Continued use of our services after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of them.
